What Personal Information About Customers Does Zinnology Gather?

E-mail communications:
To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, Zinnology sends Newsletters and e-mails in HTML format. Newsletters are only received if you subscribe, if you do not want to receive newsletters from us any longer, please notify us via email. We will however still send you e-mail to confirm orders, request information about not completing orders, updates on pricing and stock, as well as a welcome message when you join us. Invoices are sent via e-mail and by using Zinnology you agree to receive invoices in electronic format via e-mail as per SARS requirements.

Does Zinnology ever share the information it receives?
NO! Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We will NEVER share your details with any third party whatsoever without your prior consent.

Zinnology does not sell products for purchase by children. Although we might sell children's products for purchase by adults. In the event that a purchase is made without parental consent Zinnology will still treat is as a normal sale and payment will be expected.
